Currently, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR graduate student to join our team and help us in an expansion stage of our business. Your role will be a crucial part of the agency’s growth as hiring top talent is our top priority. You will get great responsibility to support the HR team across a wide variety of their daily tasks. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, expand your knowledge and take the first step in your professional career.

  

What We are Looking For

  • You  are  currently  enrolled  in  a  Bachelor  or  Master  in  Human Resources, Business, or Communications  related  fields

  • Languages: fluent spoken and written English, Italian speakers preferred but not required

  • Affinity with digital  marketing and human resources, experience  is  a plus   

  • Available  for minimum 3 (and ideally 6) months to 1-year internship,  40  hours  p/w

  • You are able to work both as part of a team and independently

  • Ability  to  build  and  maintain  working  relationships  internally  and  externally 

  • Flexible, stress-resistant and thriving in an agile & commercial environment

  • You have a proactive attitude and do not shy away from working hard in order to complete a challenge

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • You can start your internship in ASAP

Role & Responsibilities

  • Publishing job postings on different platforms

  • Reviewing of candidates, making notes on their strengths and weaknesses

  • Managing communication with candidates, planning and organising interviews 

  • Planning interview questions, conducting interviews in an unbiased manner

  • Creating, providing and evaluating (as appropriate) tasks of applicants 

  • Drafting contracts, managing employee database

  • Onboarding new employees, introducing our ways of working

  • Planning team building activities
