The client’s goal was for GA Agency to help increase the ranking for strategic keywords related to holidays, package holidays and last minute holidays in the Italian market. More specifically, Alpitour’s aim was to dominate the Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) for its top destinations: Maldives, Red Sea and the Canary Islands, among others.
In order to help Alpitour to reach its goals, GA Agency’s Head of Performance put together a task force: A team of senior SEO and Content Marketing specialists to work on a set of activities across SEO, Content Marketing and copywriting services,
It all started with performing a thorough keyword research, followed by existing content optimisation, new content creation, building a new section of the website, improving crawling and indexing and many other activities.
Considering the scope of this campaign, we worked closely with the client and its several departments: IT, marketing, business departments, as well as their team of internal developers. In order to keep track of the progress and to analyse together the results, weekly update calls and monthly reports were set in place, all of which resulted in successful campaign outcomes beyond everyone’s expectations.
Over the last year we focused mainly in improving the rankings for the session related to Deals for package holidays and Last Minute package holidays.
