You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising various operational processes to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the agency’s success and growth.

    What you’ll be doing with us….

    • Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the agency’s objectives and contribute to its growth and profitability.
    • Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and minimise bottlenecks.
    • Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the SMT to develop and manage budgets, providing strategic input for financial forecasts and operational planning.
    • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to drive operational efficiency and successful project execution, to maximise productivity and meet project deadlines.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration between various teams, including marketing, sales, and account management, to foster a cohesive and integrated approach to client projects.
    • Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
    • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, implementing necessary changes to adhere to them.
    • Continual Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and drive the adoption of innovative operational solutions.

    What we are looking for:

    • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
    • Demonstrated success in optimising operational processes and improving efficiency.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and clients.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and industry trends.
    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
    • Be proactive, positive, and inquisitive in nature
    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
