Marie has several years of experience in digital marketing, starting at Croud digital agency when it was a start up and left it 7 years later when was counting thousands of employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In Marie&#8217;s own words:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I am delighted to join as an Operations Manager, bringing my \u201cFrenchness\u201d to the international mix of GA Agency!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I will be working closely with Guido on processes to improve our Operations\u2019 efficiency as the company and the teams keep growing, whilst delivering the best standard service to our clients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I will be focussing on various projects, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> empowering our staff with training to upskill,&nbsp; <\/li><li> enhancing the company\u2019s culture,&nbsp; <\/li><li> increasing cybersecurity awareness, and&nbsp; <\/li><li> enabling our teams to get access to the best tools and processes to work their magic on our clients.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have been working 8 years for one of the UK\u2019s leading Digital Marketing agencies, creating and developing processes as well as training and growing my team, from PPC to cross-channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have been working on a wide range of clients and industries, from charities to multinational companies with 6 figures mark budget, contributing to their global expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am also a mum, a food (and wine) lover who loves to travel, discover other cultures, and go on new
