We’re proud to announce that GA Agency is an official Hub Partner of Athens SEO 2026, the International Technical SEO & AI in Search conference taking place on 22–23 May at the Ellinikon Experience Centre in Athens.

Athens SEO was co-founded by our Tech SEO Lead, Francesca Kavvadia, alongside Eva Mermingi and Andreas Georgatsos. What started as a bold idea — a senior-level, technically rigorous SEO conference in Southern Europe — sold out its first edition in 2025 and is now stepping firmly onto Europe’s main stage. As a Hub Partner, GA Agency is proud to support a conference that was built with real purpose and has already proven its value to the industry.

What Athens SEO 2026 looks like

Athens SEO 2026 is a two-day conference designed specifically for senior SEO professionals — technical SEOs, AI search experts, and the people making strategic decisions at agencies and brands.

The agenda brings together some of the most respected names in the industry, including Aleyda Solís, Lily Ray, Martin Splitt, Mark Williams-Cook, Jamie Indigo, Jonathan Moore, Dan Taylor, Chris Lever, Aris Vrakas and John Campbell among others. On the second day, an industry state of search panel will bring leading voices together to discuss how search is evolving in the age of AI, one of the more timely and relevant conversations happening in the industry right now.

The conference is also backed by a strong network of international SEO communities, including Women in Tech SEO, Search n’ Stuff, SEO Brein and Opt Out, whose support reflects the calibre and credibility the event has built in a short space of time.

Beyond the partnership, we’re delighted that two members of our SEO team will be presenting at this year’s conference.

Senior SEO Manager Andrea Masoni and SEO Manager Alessia Mancini will co-present a session titled “Content Maturity in the Age of AI: A Framework for Pages That Actually Convert.”

The session addresses the gap between a page that ranks and a page that actually performs, and offers a practical framework for diagnosing and improving content quality at scale — from basic informational pages through to assets built for conversion and AI visibility. They’ll draw on real travel sector examples, new PLP, PDP and blog templates developed with GEO in mind, and an internal monitoring framework for tracking progress over time. Andrea brings seven years of SEO experience, with a strong technical background and a track record of managing complex projects spanning large-scale migrations, multi-language architectures, and e-commerce and editorial ecosystems. At GA Agency, her focus is on building GEO frameworks, content strategy, search intent mapping, and data-driven optimisations — helping brands move beyond rankings to create pages built to perform in both traditional and AI-powered search.

Alessia has four years of experience in digital marketing, working primarily with e-commerce brands across travel, fashion, and luxury. She specialises in on-page SEO and content strategy, with hands-on experience managing editorial plans and optimising blog sections to improve organic performance. More recently, she has been focused on GEO optimisations and adapting SEO approaches to evolving search behaviours, with a particular interest in building collaborative, user-focused teams.
