The collaboration between GA Agency and Casavo started in January 2020, with the aim of improving organic visibility and traffic through SEO and internal content marketing services.

Our Approach

During the initial year of our collaboration, our primary focus was on optimising the pre-existing content, while reviewing metadata and body text across all category pages associated with property evaluation services and home purchase announcements for specific cities. Concurrently, we conducted a technical audit aimed at identifying potential technical issues preventing web crawlers from effectively navigating the site. Our findings resulted in recommendations around mobile index optimisation, schema markup, XML sitemap enhancements, image management, and site speed optimisation.

During the second year, our efforts shifted towards semantic mapping of the website. Our goal was to pinpoint content gaps and untapped opportunities within the existing content by identifying missing content pieces that seamlessly aligned with customers’ journey stages.

This strategic process allowed us to create and improve content that had the potential to drive traffic and attract more customers, as well as providing additional value to their already established audience.

Furthermore, we formulated a detailed internal content marketing strategy to improve the organic reach of the website and increase the ranking of the most important pages.

This strategy included a thorough content audit aimed at identifying gaps in content areas and keywords while optimising existing ones. In order to boost the relevance of the key pages of the website and drive more traffic to the category pages, our team focused on writing relevant content based on user queries and a meticulous interlinking structure.

In addition, we actively contributed to Casavo’s internal content marketing strategy by suggesting topics that would consolidate their content portfolio. These suggested articles addressed frequently asked queries relating to real estate transactions, interior design tips, and various fiscal and regulatory aspects in both Italy and Spain.

Furthermore, a cluster of topics centred on interior design tips and techniques for enhancing living spaces was incorporated.

Lastly, we ran an external content marketing campaign in order to improve the backlink profile of the most critical category pages.
